🟣 Intellectual Property
All content, images, advertisements, designs, logos, and material displayed on Nella's Closet's Facebook page, website, and social media platforms remain the exclusive property of Nella's Closet.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, or used without prior written permission.
🟣 Respect & Harassment Policy
Nella's Closet values positive customer interaction and respectful communication.
Harassment, intimidation, threatening behaviour, abusive messages, unwanted calls, video calls, WhatsApp messages, social media communication, or any form of electronic harassment will not be tolerated.
South African law provides protection against electronic harassment, and where necessary, legal action may be taken, including obtaining information through relevant service providers and law enforcement agencies.
🟣 Ordering & Processing
By placing an order through WhatsApp, Facebook, or our website, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
- ✅ Orders are processed only once payment has cleared.
- ✅ All items are sourced from overseas suppliers and are ordered specifically upon receipt of your order.
- ✅ Processing time: 1–3 working days.
- ✅ Estimated delivery time: 10–20 working days after dispatch, unless otherwise stated.
Please note that customs inspections, border control delays, public holidays, peak seasons, pandemics, and circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.
Nella's Closet cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, customs authorities, or international suppliers.
🟪 Out of Stock Items
Although every effort is made to keep product availability up to date, stock levels may change without notice. Should an item become out of stock after payment has been received, Nella's Closet will contact you and offer either:
- A full refund of the amount paid for the unavailable item; or
- The option to select an alternative item of the same value.
We will work with you to find the most suitable solution as quickly as possible.
🟣 Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. Exchanges may be considered under the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, free from perfume, and returned in their original condition.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- A 35% handling/re-order fee applies to approved exchanges.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

- ❌ Underwear
- ❌ Bodysuits
- ❌ Hair Accessories
- ❌ Gift Cards
- ❌ Sale Items
Nella's Closet reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the above requirements.
🟣 Defects
Defects must be reported immediately upon receiving your order. The following are not considered defects:
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Colour variations caused by lighting, screens, photography, or monitor settings
- Minor variations in pattern, print placement, trim, or decorative details supplied by manufacturers
🟣 Product Information & Colours
Product photos are supplied directly by manufacturers and may differ slightly from the final product. Actual colours, patterns, and design details may vary slightly due to lighting conditions, screen settings, and manufacturing variations. Such variations do not constitute defects.
🟣 Cancellations & Refunds
Orders cancelled after confirmation may incur a 35% handling fee.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, "Buyer's Remorse", "Change of Heart", or failure to read delivery timeframes are not valid reasons for a full refund.
Nella's Closet reserves the right to refuse refund requests that fall under these circumstances. We also reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or abuse.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Nella's Closet cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or times and is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

Prices may change without prior notice. Nella's Closet reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update products and pricing at any time.
🟣 Payment Methods
🟪 1. Bank Transfer
After payment, please send proof of payment via WhatsApp to ensure faster processing.
🟪 2. Debit & Credit Card (Website Orders)
Secure online payments are processed through approved payment providers. Nella's Closet does not store or have access to your card details. Orders are placed once payment has been successfully received and cleared.
🟣 Limitation of Liability
Information provided on our website and social media platforms is for general information purposes only. Nella's Closet shall not be held liable for:
- Supplier stock shortages
- Courier delays
- Customs delays
- Incorrect customer information provided at checkout
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
🟣 Policy Updates
Nella's Closet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on our official platforms.
